JLS recently returned from Los Angeles after shooting their new video there, and admitted they had lost weight during their time in the States.
JB said: 'I've lost weight. I can't eat properly over there. The food's packed with so much rubbish it makes me feel awful. Marv's dropped a few pounds too.'
